Shipping + Returns


  • All purchases are shipped through the United Parcel Service (UPS)

  • All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their packages. 

  • For personalized items, please allow up to one week for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time.

  • 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. 

  •  We are closed on Sundays and start processing weekend orders on Mondays in the order that they were received. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you need to return an eligible item, you will receive store credit. If an order was processed incorrectly on our end, we will correct it. This does not cover any changes such as font, thread color, or placement.

Seasonal, Personalized, and Sale items = FINAL SALE!

These items CANNOT be exchanged or returned for store credit. No exceptions.


Clothing Items

The return policy for clothing is 7 days

The item(s) must have the tag and price intact, and be in like new condition and unworn. 


The return policy for ALL OTHER ITEMS is 30 days.

Customers must have receipts or a gift receipt present. We will not comb through transactions to find it. 

The item(s) MUST have the original tag, and be in new condition.
