All information collected by The Monogram Lady is used for internal purposes only and will not be sold to or shared with any person, business, or entity outside our establishment. Monogrammed and personalized items can not be returned except in the case of an error on the part of The Monogram Lady or defective goods. Any error or return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. We ask that you please review your order carefully before placing it. We ship USPS. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 days. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery within the U.S. Shipping charges are shown on the chart below. All merchandise shipped within the US will be shipped according to these charges unless otherwise noted. Items requiring additional shipping due to additional weight or size will be noted on the merchandise pages. You also have the option of sending us your order and then calling in your credit card information. Our business hours are Monday - Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm CST. If you are sending in your order during off hours or weekends, please call the following business day with your credit card information.
